Foundations Program

Structr Fitness’s Foundations Program is designed for individuals with big goals who may have limited experience in the gym. If you love the idea of training in a supportive group setting but feel like you may need some time to develop basic knowledge and skills before diving in, than our Foundations Program is for you.

Whether it is strength training, developing your cardio or working in our boxing programs to improve your fitness, we will work with you to build your confidence in the gym so you can start taking steps towards your goals!
