This class is for beginners.
I have been working with Tracey at Structr Fitness for over 6 months, starting with 1:1 training. My goals were to improve my fitness, incrase strenght and learn how to box. Tracey has done an amazing job of teaching the fundamentals so that I can acheive my goals. Since then I joined the boxing program and being part of a training group has positively impacted both my fitnes and my sense of comminity, frienddship and fun. Tracey does an amazing jobof bringing not only expert coahing and fitness process to clients but also has such an great energy.
