STRUCTR SQUADS

The Structr Squads are guided through tailored workouts that create a space for anyone to advance their fitness level!
Our small class training approach focuses on strength and endurance for overall health improvement. Each member receives personalized programming allowing for trackable progress.
Training in the Squads will keep your fitness routine engaging, improve your physical strength, increase our cardio endurance and build mental resilience.
The Squads encourage camaraderie and community, motivating participants to push their limits while celebrating each other’s progress.

“Working with Gavin the last two years has helped me combat long-standing injuries. Once those injuries were corrected and healed, he shifted the training program to emphasize overall health and wellness tailored to longevity.  
I train with the Structrd Squad four times a week where we receive close contact coaching. I have also participated in VO2 Max testing administered by Gavin, which helped measure my overall cardiovascular ability. He was able to alter our training program to help fill in the gaps identified throughout this testing.

Our Foundations Program is designed for individuals with big goals who may have limited experience in the gym. If you enjoy training in a supportive group setting but feel like you may need some time to develop basic knowledge and skills before diving in, our Foundations Program is for you.

We will work with you, at a pace that works for you, to build your confidence in the gym so you can start taking steps towards your goals!

Our newly designed facility is equipped with high-performance and industry leading equipment allowing for endless options for exercises and training styles to meet your needs regardless of your skill level or experience in the gym.

Structr Fitness has a dedicated boxing area with heavy bags, wall mounted pads and all of the accessory equipment needed to ensure optimal training for beginners and seasoned fighters.
